These stay on all night even with skincare, but don’t leave ANY irritation when I pull them off in the morning and they don’t hurt — it’s amazing!! My face looks less ‘puffy’ because my jawline looks sharper!!
I use to grind my teeth every night causing me headaches and damaging my teeth. These have totally stopped my grinding (my husband never hears me any more) and I wake up feeling much more rested and dry mouth gone!
I really enjoy this. Took some time to adjust my sleep routine but it wasn’t that long for me to get used to it and get a really good night sleep. The difference now is huge. I have tried various other brands before but this is the non-toxic, super natural version of my dreams.
I’ve been using the mouth tape for about 6 months now and it’s been a game changer. I love this mouth tape. I tried a couple other options before Bouche and wasn’t happy. These strips fit so securely it’s like a little hug for your mouth! I actually find the feeling quite comforting and miss them when I accidentally skip a night. I’ve been using them for a few months now and have had no issues with my skin from the adhesive. I do find that they greatly reduce the dreaded morning breath so that’s a nice plus too. Initially was hoping they would help me with snoring and they have! Highly recommend. Great product!

It took me a while to be consistent but I really do feel a difference when I wear it. Love that it is dye free and doesn't fall off even with my lip mask on.

After having long-overdue surgery to correct a deviated septum, I thought I would immediately start breathing through my nose while sleeping, but that behaviour (mouth-breathing) was ingrained from childhood. Enter Bouche. I've been using Bouche mouth tape for about a year and can attest that it 100% trained my nose to do its thing (now that mine can!), while my mouth was comfortably taped during sleep. I was initially nervous to try mouth tape because I thought it would feel claustrophobic, but more and more I wanted to get the benefits that I was seeing in others. I’ve used other brands of mouth tape before and Bouche are the best! Gentle, yet effective. Easy to remove the backing and to apply to skin. Removal in the morning is easy with no residue. My husband has told me he no longer hears my snoring. Personally, I fall asleep faster, and I stay asleep until morning.

I am very new into the mouth tape journey but so far I can tell, it has helped my dry mouth and sore throat immensely since starting.
