I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.
I am one week into using the mouth tape and have completely stopped grinding my teeth!!!! I did some research and the science behind it is that nasal breathing increases proper tongue posture, which stabilizes the jaw, reducing strain and decreasing clenching. This product has blown my mind.
Took me a couple days to get use to, but now will never sleep without it. Didn’t wear it one day last week and realized just how big of a difference it makes. Dry mouth gone, and sleeping all night long without disruptions.
I used to wake up in the middle of the night because My throat would close, and I couldn’t breathe. Once I started wearing the mouth tape, I slept through the night. No more stopped breathing!!! I am thankful to wake refreshed. Hallelujah!!
I think this product is better because it is very strong but the shape limits the adhesive on skin which I like. Some of the "lip" styles on the market feel like they cover half my face.
You can start to feel the difference before you hit the 1 week mark. I feel better in the morning and no longer take sips of water due to dry mouth.

The only feedback I have is that I wish the bag was resealable.
I tried many different brands of mouth tape. I could feel the difference in the quality of the material used in this mouth tape. I needed to contact customer service about something and the customer service was excellent.
everyone always complains doing something new, this one is worth it.
Just do it. It will take some getting use to it but three weeks in and I am sleeping like a rock and feel way more energized during the day.
