I love this mouth tape. I tried a couple other options before Bouche and wasn’t happy. These strips fit so securely it’s like a little hug for your mouth! I actually find the feeling quite comforting and miss them when I accidentally skip a night. I’ve been using them for a few months now and have had no issues with my skin from the adhesive. I do find that they greatly reduce the dreaded morning breath so that’s a nice plus too. Initially was hoping they would help me with snoring and they have! Highly recommend. Great product!

I am very new into the mouth tape journey but so far I can tell, it has helped my dry mouth and sore throat immensely since starting. I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.
