I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.

I am one week into using the mouth tape and have completely stopped grinding my teeth!!!! I did some research and the science behind it is that nasal breathing increases proper tongue posture, which stabilizes the jaw, reducing strain and decreasing clenching. This product has blown my mind.

Just do it. It will take some getting use to it but three weeks in and I am sleeping like a rock and feel way more energized during the day.

You can start to feel the difference before you hit the 1 week mark. I feel better in the morning and no longer take sips of water due to dry mouth.

I have been using hostage tape for more than a year, but this is significantly better.

I tried medical tape before bouche and would rip it off in the night because it felt too restrictive. One week with bouche and each morning the tape is still on! The adhesive doesn’t bother my sensitive skin at all and feels comfortable. The tape eliminates my snoring so gone are the days of waking up with a dry sore throat, I feel rested like never before!

Recently started experimenting with mouth tape and am so glad I found this brand. The tape is comfortable and fits securely over lip balm, moisturizer, etc. It definitely makes me feel more refreshed and restored when I wake up-- will stay with this for the long term!

So far so good. I recently started using a CPAP nasal mask and was very frustrated with my mouth opening in the middle of the night. I would wake up so dry it almost hurt. I tried 2 full face masks which did not work for me. I started researching and stumbled upon this product. What a game changer. The patches are very light and flexible. They stay on all night and I can barely feel them. My husband loves that I can't talk after applying...lol.. I mentioned these to other people who feel they are too expensive. I say, how much is a good night sleep worth?

I’ve been using this mouth tape for about two weeks now and can say I felt a difference quite quickly. I found that it really improved my sleep and I just felt more refreshed when I woke up. Best mouth tape i’ve used to date. Glue is just strong enough to stay on over night but not painful when taking off in the morning! Amazing product

I have tried mouthtaping before with other products and didn’t get the hype. Using THIS product resulted in the best sleep of my life on night 1. Meaningful results with energy/facial structure/etc. definitely require consistent nightly use, but are soooooo worth the commitment. Never going back to Bouche-less sleep. Purchased for my heavily snoring partner and parents too!

very happy with the quality of the mouth tape strips. Easy to peel off the sticky protector and easy to remove from mouth, while doing a much better job of staying adhered to my mouth when I awake in the morning.
