How to use mouth tape

Do your usual nighttime routine

Get ready for bed as usual.

Choose your ideal hold

You can easily adjust how strong it feels:
• For a stronger hold, apply directly to clean, dry skin
• For a gentler feel, start with dampened lips
• For the softest option, apply a moisturizer, or face mist on your skin and a lip balm on your lips

Apply with care

Center the tape over your lips and press gently to secure. Smooth from center outward.

Remove gently in the morning

Peel slowly from one corner. If it feels too strong, you can lick your lips which will slowly remove the mouth tape or dampen with water first for easier removal.

How to use nasal strips

Proper prep and placement make all the difference

Cleanse your nose

Wash your nose with soap and water to remove all oil, moisturizer, and makeup. Use a tissue to pat completely dry.

Find the right placement

Position the strip across the bridge of your nose, just above the flare of your nostrils. This is where it works best.

Press and hold

Press down firmly for 20 seconds to activate the adhesive. Ensure all edges are pushed down and sealed as well.

Remove with care

In the morning, wet the strip with warm water and peel slowly from the edges to avoid irritation.
