Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unopened. Unfortunately, because we are a personal single use product, we cannot accept opened merchandise, as we would never resell opened product to our customers.
To start a return, login to our returns portal using Shopify here to initiate a return request. Our team will respond within 2 business days and, pending verification of the condition of the product, begin the return.
If your return is accepted, you will be provided with shipping instructions and an estimate of the postage fees required to return the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not issue refunds on subscription purchases. You are responsible to cover full costs of shipping if items are returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
