I bought after listening to the Andrew Huberman episode on mouth taping. It was obviously a little weird at first, definitely thought I wouldn't be able to breathe, but now I can't sleep without it. I even take it on trips, wear it on flights. It is my non-negotiable. I no longer have dry mouth and I am energized when I wake up.

These stay on all night even with skincare, but don’t leave ANY irritation when I pull them off in the morning and they don’t hurt — it’s amazing!! My face looks less ‘puffy’ because my jawline looks sharper!!

I use to grind my teeth every night causing me headaches and damaging my teeth. These have totally stopped my grinding (my husband never hears me any more) and I wake up feeling much more rested and dry mouth gone!

It can seem so weird and I honestly was hesitant before I tried it, but I knew I was sleeping with my mouth open. This has helped me stay asleep and wake feeling so much more rested and focused. I even feel my jawline looks more chiseled.

I’ve tried a lot of different sleep supplements, eye masks, linens, pillows etc in the past few years to improve my sleep which have all helped me sleep better. Out of all of them, Bouche has made the single biggest difference for me in quality of sleep in the first month of using it. I have been mouth taping for approximately one year. I live in a very dry climate and would wake up with a dry mouth, especially in the winter months. Ever since starting to use mouth tape, I no longer wake up to a dry mouth AND I never get sick!!!! Bouche is by far the best mouth tape I have EVER tried. It stays on my mouth all night, I can breath through it and it doesn't cause any skin irritations or breakouts! I get a more restful sleep when using Bouche mouth tape. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Have been using this mouth tape for over a year and no plans on stopping! It’s perfection. The perfect amount of sticky. Even works after my skin care. And doesn’t hurt at all to remove.

Best mouth tape ever. I’ve tried a couple different brands and they all hurt to take off, leave adhesive on my mouth and are not comfortable at all. Bouche is the goat.

Excellent mouth tape. I’ve used others before and the texture of Bouche is much nicer. It stays on better than most but as an active sleeper and CPAP user, I find it is not quite wide enough to stay on at the corners of the mouth all night unless I use two pieces to extend the size. Overall the best I have found yet.

I've tried a few different mouth tapes over the years, but Bouche is the one I keep coming back to. With other brands, I'd often wake up to find the tape had fallen off, or I'd end up with irritated skin around my mouth. The bouche mouth tape sleep strips have been a life saver. After my first purchase I switched to a subscription because I use them every night and prefer the convenience of never running out/having to think about it. The cheaper price and free shipping really makes it a no brainer. I just ordered the nasal strips and I am looking forward to trying them both together.

I started using bouche mouth tape August 2024 and after just two weeks, I was hooked. It’s been almost 2 years now and I do not go a night without this mouth tape. I believe it is helping me sleep more deeply/feel more rested during the day. I also notice that I’m getting sick less. I have a 6 year old that loves bringing germs but I actually am getting sick less? I believe it’s because I’m sleeping better (so stronger immune system) and because it’s forcing me to breathe through my nose, so I’m not getting stuffed up the way I used to. I’m also not waking up with dry mouth during the winter nights, which is shocking because I live in a very dry climate Highly recommend! 10/10!

I've tried multiple brands for snoring and Bouche is by far the best. Anything that didn't cover my full mouth or had a hole in it, just left me still mouth breathing, not feeling the benefits, and still snoring. Bouche is the best because it is a sleek design (some brands covered so much of my face) and left adhesive everywhere. These are easy to use, never fall of and are so effective for helping me get deep sleep and eliminating my snoring

I use these in combination with the nasal strips. Now for the first time in my life I am able to breathe through my nose and keep my mouth closed while I sleep. I think they have been really helpful at improving the quality of my sleep. I will continue to use these for sure!

I have tried every sleep solution under the sun. From new mattresses to sleep supplements. This single product has been more effective for improving my sleep and overall energy levels than anything else. I was about to write off mouth taping as just one of those social media fads, because when I used other products they just didn’t work. I didn’t feel any difference. Then I found Bouche. Now it makes total sense why other products didn’t work. They didn’t fully cover my mouth or had a hole in the middle, which just left me STILL mouth breathing. I thought I would try one more product because my friend insisted that mouth taping stopped her from waking up throughout the night and her husbands snoring… after trying some other brands I thought ok this just doesn’t work for me, but I asked what brand she used and gave it a try… and now I am absolutely hooked on the Bouche Mouth Tape and so appreciative for a brand to make a product so effective, clean and comfortable. This mouth tape is amazing! Since I’ve been using it, I sleep longer and wake up more energetic.

Smaller eco footprint (size, thinness, plastic backing)than other mouth tapes I have tried, and less sensitivity to the adhesive. But as someone with mature sensitive lips I'd love to see one with even less "stick". Perhaps a second line as an option for folks with sensitivity and for people that occasionally sunburn their lips or face drier conditions.

I was skeptical about this product but thought I had nothing to lose by trying it. After several nights I’m now thrilled with the results. I no longer snore as I no longer mouth breathe. My husband is thrilled as well. I wake up for more refreshed. The mouth tape is very comfortable to wear all night. I Love this product.
