How to use mouth tape:
- Apply one strip over closed lips before bed
- Ensure a secure but comfortable seal
- Sleep and breathe through your nose
How to use nasal strips:
1. Apply to clean, dry skin
Make sure the nose area is free of skincare, oil, sweat, or makeup before use.
2. Gently activate the strip
Before removing the backing, lightly bend the strip once or twice to help activate the lift.
3. Place low across the nose
Apply just above the nostrils, not high on the bridge, for the best airflow support.
4. Press and hold
Hold firmly in place for 15–20 seconds to help it stay secure.
5. Wear overnight or as needed
Use during sleep, workouts, travel, or anytime you want easier nasal breathing.
