I was skeptical about mouth taping at first, but Bouche completely changed the way I sleep. The tape is comfortable, and actually stays on all night—no peeling off or irritation. I wake up feeling refreshed, clear-headed, and well-rested like never before. Plus, my partner noticed my breathing/snoring is quieter, and I don’t wake up with a dry mouth anymore. I think this product is better because it is very strong but the shape limits the adhesive on skin which I like. Some of the "lip" styles on the market feel like they cover half my face.

40 years later... solved my teeth grinding

I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.
