Best sleep of my life

Took me a couple days to get use to, but now will never sleep without it. Didn’t wear it one day last week and realized just how big of a difference it makes. Dry mouth gone, and sleeping all night long without disruptions.

40 years later... solved my teeth grinding

I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.

I am one week into using the mouth tape and have completely stopped grinding my teeth!!!! I did some research and the science behind it is that nasal breathing increases proper tongue posture, which stabilizes the jaw, reducing strain and decreasing clenching. This product has blown my mind.
