I have tried so many and always end up being sensitive to them. I read reviews and took a chance Ion these and I love them. No irritation and they stay on without pulling my skin when I remove it.

Such a simple invention, the sleep strips have completely stopped my dry mouth and snoring! Wish I’d known about this decades ago, and will never sleep without them again.

I bought after listing to the Andrew Huberman episode on mouth taping. It was obviously a little weird at first, definitely thought I wouldn't be able to breathe, but now I can't sleep without it. I even take it on trips, wear it on flights. It is my non-negotiable. I no longer have dry mouth and I am energized when I wake up.

These stay on all night even with skincare, but don’t leave ANY irritation when I pull them off in the morning and they don’t hurt — it’s amazing!! My face looks less ‘puffy’ because my jawline looks sharper!!

I use to grind my teeth every night causing me headaches and damaging my teeth. These have totally stopped my grinding (my husband never hears me any more) and I wake up feeling much more rested and dry mouth gone!
