I use to grind my teeth at night and after complaining one morning of headaches I had a friend recommend mouth tape. I thought they were completely missing the point - what I needed was to clench less, not tape it closed... or so I thought.
I am one week into using the mouth tape and have completely stopped grinding my teeth!!!! I did some research and the science behind it is that nasal breathing increases proper tongue posture, which stabilizes the jaw, reducing strain and decreasing clenching. This product has blown my mind.
