We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you're outside of these regions and interested in Bouche, please reach out to support@bouche.me — we're working to expand access.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During peak times or product launches, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 3–10 business days

Please note: Remote areas or high-volume periods may experience slight delays. All delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order is fulfilled.

Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options depending on your location and order size. Final rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We’ll help resolve the issue and ensure you get your products.

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll take care of it.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We’re not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
